• Inspecting the roof for structural integrity

• Assessing the need for repairs

• Application of our proprietary Cedar-Life brand cedar cleaner/restorer to remove dirt, fungus and loose fibers in conjunction with a controlled, pressurized cleaning system. The cleaner is not bleach. It will not harm plants and is environmentally friendly

• Apply our highly refined Cedar-Life formulated preservative which makes the shingles more supple, keeps them free of microbial regrowth and protects against sun damage
